The Idea

Ascom, Merchants Association of Abbiategrasso and the District , has designed and achieved with BeM Service Centre, the Naviglio Park Portal, with the aim to make known and to promote the natural shopping centre housed in the territory between the Ticino and the  Navigli, just outside Milan. All this originates from the need to contrast the modern globalized business systems, a  widely available resource, represented by  environment in all its components.

Valuing our territory means knowing how to combine economic vision and social commitment in the interest of the community that  has bravely defended and preserved it from the devastating effects of speculation.

Valuing our territory means giving importance to a quality agriculture, typical local products appreciated for authenticity, to a restoration able to explain the simple but deep-rooted traditions. It means above all, to stimulate a strong commitment to the preservation of a way of life that pays attention to  people and all the values that are the basis of civilized life.

The editorial staff of Naviglio Park includes creative young people who are specialized in different areas of expertise.  The team works closely with the territory, that loves and values each aspect: from the historical and artistic aspects, to the naturalistic ones, passing through events, traditions and the characters related to local history.
