Zelo viale

Sul sito di un castello che era stato degli Avogadro di Rosate sorge, ora nella centrale Piazza Roma, il settecentesco Palazzo Confalonieri Semira, adattato nel corso del secolo successivo.

 

Abitò qui il conte Federico Confalonieri, animatore del Risorgimento italiano, incarcerato dagli austriaci nella fortezza dello Spielberg.

 

Il Palazzo è di proprietà privata e visibile solo esternamante.
